Communications agencies and digital media supports: the credibility issue
While traditional supports are going through an identity crisis and attempting to retain their credibility in the advertisers’eyes, new media supports (Internet, mobile devices, dynamic displays, VOD) are radically changing the agencies’ organisation and creative work processes. What organisation is best able to tackle a communications campaign spanning several supports? Who is in charge, or rather who is competent for creation?
